Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment, as prepaid return labels are not provided. The return package should be sent to the address shared by our support team after your request has been reviewed. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed accordingly. If you requested an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped out without additional shipping charges. If you prefer a refund, it will be issued back to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes between five and seven business days after the returned package has been delivered to us. A valid tracking number must be provided when sending back your return to ensure that it can be verified.
